THE BLAY collects your personal information purely to make your online shopping experience easy and hassle free. This is so that we can communicate with you about promotions. It can be assured that any information you provide will be kept confidential, and not shared with any third party. However, in the unlikely case of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our logs and records. see the section ‘payment’ for privacy regarding your purchase.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale purchases are final and are eligible only for exchange, not return, unless faulty. In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items. the lower price has no effect on shipping costs and the table as illustrated in the section ‘shipping’ will apply.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

Our standard ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is 2-3 weeks. Pre-order Items are exempt from cancellation. 

MANUAL LAYBUY: 

We allow up to 12 weeks manual laybuy. Items will only be shipped once fully paid. Failure to pay the item within 12 weeks (on the due date) will result to forfeiture of payment. 

DISCLAIMER:

The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. That means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

PAYMENT:

All prices are in NZD, We accept Credit card, Laybuy, Genoapay, Zip, Humm,Qcard, Gem Visa, PayPal.We do not record your credit card details.

All sales via Laybuy, Genoapay, Paypal, Humm, Zip, Qcard are exempt from cancellation.

VOUCHERS: 

Vouchers can be redeemed in any items unless with disclosed restrictions. Vouchers must be used before the expiration. Vouchers can not be applied on any Sale Promotion.

GIFT RECEIPT: 

Items that requires gift receipt must be requested upon placing of order.

FRAUD CHECKS:

We have a strict e-commerce system where some of the orders placed will be flagged for further verification before we fulfil your order. This is to prevent any fraudulent orders placed with stolen/lost credit cards.

It can be flagged due to the reasons, the billing address does not match with shipping address, name of the card holder is different to the purchaser.

We will email SMS you requesting a bank statement showing the transaction of the order from us in order to fulfil your order fully.
